Billie Rogers, MA, MFT
Welcome! I am an artist and writer, women's group facilitator, and retired marriage family therapist and high school counselor. I dabble in gourd art and basket making, and travel extensively to women's sacred sites worldwide. My essays, travel writing, and poetry have been published in anthologies, newsletters, and magazines. I'm passionate about life-long learning, passing on my mentors' gifts, counseling others seeking personal growth, and speaking up when a woman's voice must be heard.
I was an Educational and Personal Counselor in Southern California for 25 years, and have taught Spanish and French, graduate school counseling classes, and language acquisition classes for international students. I attended and co-led two year-long women's programs in the transformational arts, each ending with pilgrimages to holy sites in France. I have led volunteer service groups for many summers at a spiritual retreat center in Northern New Mexico.
I am a wife, mother and grandmother, and lover of music, art and nature.
